Landlord Leasing Services Agreement — Portal Summary
DFREL will promote the property, answer incoming marketing calls, coordinate and conduct showings, receive applications, coordinate screening and verification, and provide applicant packets for the landlord’s decision.
Tenant-placement fee
The tenant-placement fee is equal to one month’s rent. Final duties, payment timing, termination rights and all legally required brokerage terms are governed by the complete agreement accepted by DFREL and the landlord.
Advertising term
The selected 3-, 6- or 9-month marketing term begins on the activation date. Renewal requires the landlord’s affirmative approval.
Optional services
The Landlord Rental App is $25 per month. DFREL Notice Administration is available when requested at $100 per hour, excluding legal, filing, court and third-party service fees. Administrative services are not legal advice.
Privacy and verification
DFREL may verify identity, ownership and signing authority. Applicant information is shown only for the verified property with each verification’s current status.
